When someone is playing defense on you do you ever look at their feet and notice one is slightly up more than the other? As a ball-handler, if you see a defender’s foot slightly up you should always attack that foot! When you attack the lead foot it is going to cause the defender to have to turn his whole entire body around super fast to be able to keep up with you. Most defenders can’t turnaround fast enough and alot of times will end up having to chase after you or be on your hip which will result in an easy bucket and possibly an And-One!
