When you dribble the basketball have you ever heard your coach or teammate say keep your head up? What we have noticed over the years is that ball handlers tend to put their head down sometimes when making a move or driving to the basket. In doing this, it not only causes your coach and teammates to get mad at you, but it also gives up an easy bucket that you could’ve gotten if you did keep your head up. When keeping your head up you should be reading the defense which will allow you to make the smart read and end up getting an assist or easy drive to the bucket. Play Smarter not Harder!!
